A vontade do lateral-direito pode pesar para o acordo – mas isto não quer dizer que ele vai aceitar “qualquer valor”, vale ressaltar.

O contrato oferecido pelo Botafogo é de um valor inicial de salário para a atual temporada, com as cifras podendo ser aumentadas em caso de acesso à Série A do ano que vem. O vínculo seria de três anos. No momento, o valor das luvas – e a forma como elas serão pagas – ainda são um entrave.

وأكمل: “اتفقت مع لاعبي إنبي أننا نهاجم الأهلي آخر 20 دقيقة، ونعلم كيفية إيقاف مفاتيح لعب النادي الأهلي”.

وأردف: “أشعر بعدم وجود انسجام بين لاعبي الأهلي نوعًا ما، من الواضح من وجهة نظري أنه يوجد اعتماد على الأداء الفردي، طول عمر الأهلي أدائه جماعي”.

واستطرد: “نحن غير سعداء بملعب المقاولون العرب، ومضطر للعب عليه لأن الأمن غير موافق على ملعب بتروسبورت فهذا الملعب البديل لنا”.

Leeds United are expecting to part ways with another one of their stars this summer after the sale of Archie Gray to Tottenham, it has emerged.

Gray joins Tottenham

After a whirlwind few days, Leeds' teenage talent Archie Gray has joined Tottenham in a deal that will help alleviate some of the financial burden faced by the Yorkshire club this summer.

Gray enjoyed a fantastic debut season under Daniel Farke, playing 44 times en-route to the Championship play-off final, and was in tears after failing to secure promotion for his boyhood club. However, given the interest around him, it always felt likely that he would move on this summer.

Initially set for Brentford, Gray and Leeds both opted to accept Tottenham's offer, which consisted of around £40m and the opportunity to bring Joe Rodon back to Elland Road in a seperate deal worth around £10m, something that the club had been keen to explore all summer following his successful loan spell last season.

Spurs have been chasing Gray since his time at Thorp Arch academy, with the Lilywhites reportedly having tried to snatch him from Leeds before he signed his first professional contract and eventually getting their man this summer.

His sale, £40m of pure profit on the accounting sheet, is "believed to be enough to make Leeds compliant with profit and sustainability rules", which will make the task of keeping stars such as Crysencio Summerville or Wilfried Gnonto easier.

However, Gray isn't expected to be the only exit from Elland Road this summer.

Leeds expect to sell full back

Now, it has emerged that Leeds are "expected" to part ways with fullback Junior Firpo this summer, despite an impressive campaign from the former Barcelona man.

The 27-year-old defender grabbed 7 assists in the Championship last season, and though his defending was questioned at time throughout the season, he was a standout during their playoff thrashing of Norwich City.

Leeds United could yet be involved in a potential £40m piece of business during the summer transfer window, according to an update from journalist Ben Jacobs.

The Whites suffered the agony of missing out on promotion from the Championship to the Premier League last season, losing in the play-off final to Southampton. They will again go into the 2024/25 campaign as one of the favourites to go up, but Daniel Farke will know the importance of making important new signings.

Couhaib Driouech has been linked with a summer move to Leeds, with the 22-year-old Excelsior attacker seen as an ideal replacement for current Elland Road star Wilfried Gnonto, with the Italian potentially moving on to pastures new.

While Archie Gray moving to Tottenham has been disappointing for Whites fans, Joe Rodon completed a permanent move from the north London club. Elsewhere, Gent ace Jordan Torunarigha is viewed as a possible candidate to come in and partner him at the heart of Farke's defence.

Away from incomings, there is also the constant threat of certain influential figures moving on in the current transfer window along with Gray, including the likes of Illan Meslier, Georginio Rutter, Crysencio Summerville and Gnonto. A new update has now dropped regarding one such figure.

Journalist drops £40m Leeds update

Speaking to The Boot Room, Jacobs admitted that Summerville could still leave Leeds this summer, with the Whites demanding up to £40m for his services, at which point they would likely accept an offer:

"I still wouldn’t rule out a move for Crysencio Summerville who will be available for between £35-40m. Because Leeds sold Archie Gray they are in a stronger position to try to rebuff it, but I’m told that if the player said he wanted to leave for a big Premier League club like Chelsea then Leeds wouldn’t stand in his way."

At this point, it would be a surprise if Summerville was still a Leeds player when next season gets underway, considering he may feel he is at a level where he should be playing in a top league following his exploits last term.

The Dutchman was voted the Championship's best player for the past season, scoring 20 goals and chipping in with nine assists in the competition. Farke is also a big admirer of the winger, saying of him: "His reaction, not just in possession, because he’s an outstanding creative player, we know this, but also how hard he worked for the team. This is exactly what we need and many compliments to him."

Should Summerville move on, it is imperative that Leeds get every last penny for him, making sure they receive the desired £40m and use it to bring in a number of important additions.

“At Sweden, I’m not just the national coach, but I’ve got to also look after the pathways from junior cricket to Under-19s to women’s cricket because there are only four paid professionals at the Swedish Cricket Federation,” Rhodes told ESPNcricinfo. “I’ve got players from Sweden who originate from Pakistan, Afghanistan, India. There aren’t too many locals, so that’s something I’m looking to push for. If you can harness that diversity, it’s a huge asset to have.”With most of their cricketers employed elsewhere, Sweden are some way off even a semi-professional structure. But though cricket is mainly restricted to the weekends, the number of registered clubs is on the rise, and the association is looking to popularise the shorter formats. It’s too drawn-out to facilitate 50-over cricket. All the players registered with us are working professionals, so they only have the weekend off. So both T20 and T10 is a big part of the Swedish cricket make-up.”For me, I’ve got to get as much experience from this shortened version, even if it isn’t from an ICC point of view, because Sweden isn’t participating in a tournament currently. I’ve worked as a sponsorship manager when we introduced the Pro-20 in South Africa in 2004. I’ve been a stakeholder in T20s for a long time, so I’m looking to try and see that adjustment is very quick in T10 as well. It’s a different format, there are players who have more experience than I have [Perera and Amir], so I’m also looking to learn from them.”Rhodes will leave mid-January to be part of a bio-bubble in Abu Dhabi for the weeklong tournament before returning to Sweden. Having already been involved with the Mumbai Indians and the Kings XI Punjab in the IPL, apart from regular stints in Zimbabwe, Nepal, Kenya and Malawi, Rhodes said it was the search for newer ideas, fresh perspectives that helped him stay interested in the game.”I retired in 2003, and immediately started working with Standard Bank as a sponsorship manager. I didn’t really get back into cricket for six years. I retired thrice, which is crazy, but I could never leave it because this is a game I’m so passionate about,” he said. “Hopefully, 20 years later, I’m still throwing balls around, scoring, umpiring or doing something in cricket.”Initially, I thought I’d walk away from cricket completely, until the IPL came along. I started with Mumbai Indians in 2009 as fielding coach, did it for nine seasons. After that, a two-year break helped me from a journey point of view.”I spent a lot of time developing the game at the grassroot structures as opposed to working with high-performance players or teams. That for me was an eye-opener. I spent time in Nepal, Malawi, Zimbabwe, in different parts of South Africa – places with passion for the game but with limited facilities. No dia 30 de agosto deste ano, Pelé foi hospitalizado para realização de exames de rotina, onde foi constatado um tumor no colón direito, que faz parte do intestino grosso. Apesar da internação em UTI, Pelé tranquilizou aos fãs através de postagens nas redes sociais.

واتفق النادي الأهلي مع بيرسي تاو على التنازل عن مستحقاته المالية المتبقية عن الأشهر الستة الأخيرة من عقده مع النادي، والذي كان من المقرر أن ينتهي بنهاية الموسم الجاري.

 الجدير بالذكر، أن نادي قطر يقبع في مركز سيء بجدول ترتيب الدوري القطري، إذ يتواجد في المركز الحادي عشر وقبل الأخير، برصيد 10 نقاط، حصدهم من 3 انتصارات وتعادل وحيد فيما نال 8 هزائم.

وكان بيرسي تاو قد انضم إلى صفوف النادي الأهلي قادمًا من نادي برايتون الإنجليزي، وقد لعب تاو بقميص المارد الأحمر في عدد من المباريات المحلية والقارية، وساهم في تحقيق العديد من الإنجازات مع الفريق.

With the Premier League opening weekend less than a month away, West Ham have begun to step up their pursuit of multiple signings who could bolster Julen Lopetegui's side.

The Hammers finished ninth in the 2023/24 campaign, and Lopetegui will be tasked with the challenge of retaining a top-half spot and trying to push back into a European place, having competed in European competition for the past three seasons.

One strong link that has emerged, is Leeds winger Crysencio Summerville, whilst other signings have already been made, with Max Kilman and Luis Guilherme joining the club for significant fees.

West Ham transfer news

According to reports from James Nursey, Jhon Duran is expected to push for a move from Aston Villa to West Ham this week. The Hammers have had three bids rejected, but it is reported they are 'getting closer', as Villa continue to ask for £40m.

Chelsea and Newcastle are also interested, according to the reports, but Duran wants to play for Lopetegui, who can offer him first-team football, and is a fellow Spanish speaker.

Duran made 37 appearances for Aston Villa last season, scoring eight goals in all competitions, and totaling 1,103 minutes. Nearly half of those minutes came in the UEFA Conference League campaign.

How Duran & Summerville could partner each other

Summerville is coming off the back of a Championship Player of the Year campaign, making 49 appearances, scoring 21 goals, and providing ten assists in all competitions.

Of course, from his numbers, you can see Summerville would add goals to the West Ham attack. He is a left-winger who loves to cut inside on his right foot, and has often made that far post curler one of his trademarks this season for Leeds.

But it's actually the creative output and opportunities he could bring to this West Ham side, adding even more pace in transition alongside Kudus and Bowen, with an ability to carry the ball forwards from inside his own half, and drive attacks, averaging 5.04 progressive carries per 90.

Summerville averages 6.10 shot-creating actions per 90, and 2.88 key passes per 90, showing his creative side and ability to create chances for not only himself but for others too.

This is where Duran comes in, who has all the attributes of a top-level goalscorer. The 20-year-old averages 3,79 shots per 90, 1.33 of those shots on target per 90, also having a conversion rate of 0.71 goals per shot on target, and ranking in the top 1% of strikers in Europe for Goals-xG, with a +0.57.

Duran has a lethal left foot and is not afraid to have a go, being a high-volume shooter and trusting his ability/instinct in front of goal. His shooting motion is fast, but his technique is excellent, often giving him that extra half a second to compose himself and pick his spot, due to his trust in his finishing abilities.

If Summerville was to join West Ham, and continue to deliver in the creative department with 6.1 or even close to those numbers for shot-creating actions, paired with the signing of Duran, who wants to take those shots, it could be a recipe for goals galore, and an explosive season for the Colombian talisman.
